OUR METHODOLOGY

A Clear Path From Enrolment to Qualification

Every student takes a slightly different route into the profession. These are the four stages we guide you through, so you always know what comes next.

1

Understand Your Goals

We start by helping you identify the right pathway for your situation, whether you are entering the field for the first time, upgrading existing qualifications, or adding a specialisation. Every student's starting point is different, and we tailor our guidance accordingly.

2

Enrol and Begin Learning

Our courses are fully online and self-paced, so you can begin immediately and study around your existing commitments. Clear course materials, structured units, and after-hours trainer support mean you are never studying alone.

3

Apply Your Knowledge

As you progress, you work through real-world scenarios that build the practical skills required to work with families and individuals in dispute. For the Graduate Diploma, a 50-hour work placement puts theory into practice in a real professional setting.

4

Graduate and Enter the Profession

Once you complete the training, you can apply for separate accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner through the Attorney-General's Department. Accredited FDRPs can then issue Section 60I certificates under the Family Law Act.
